One of the best place to have authentic Indian food. Love the Ambience of the place. The food is amazing here. You have a lot of options available and they do prepare the dishes according to your taste. The meal is served hot and fresh. I opted for a non vegetarian thali which was tummy filling. It was heavenly. Loved the crispy hot naan. Probably one of the best naans I have ever had. The chicken was good too. The service is pretty good and it's easy to locate.Items in the non veg thali were samosa with green and sweet chutney, mix veg, chicken gravy, halwa, chicken biryani with raita and naan.

The lunch buffet is Monday through Friday.I have finally found REAL Indian food, made from scratch with fresh ingredients, including their yogurt, which is made with organic milk! I knew something tasted different, better, than any other I have eaten at in Rochester.If you have been disappointed by other Indian restaurants, thinking that it just doesn't taste right, or maybe your stomach is even unsettled by second choice ingredients, come to Amaya instead.

We visited Amaya last night without ever eating there before. Lucky for us, there was a delicious buffet (Wednesday night) with all of our favorite dishes! Everything was spiced perfectly and the naan was amazing! We spent the whole ride home excitedly talking about our food! We will definitely be returning on a regular basis!
